I painted this expansive view at The Rocks, in Bethlehem, NH, while my husband was skiing at Cannon Mountain, in Franconia Notch State Park. Every year, there is a cut-your-own tree sale as a fundraiser. After an overnight snow, it was flurrying all day, making for a magical view. It was a challenge to paint this because the light was constantly changing.
